Recovery isn't complete until you have a front door of your own. We help you find it — and help with the costs of getting there.

Moving on, not moving out

Resettlement

Pathways For All People looks at each case individually. We are able to help source and provide move-on accommodation — in some cases helping with financial support to ease the expenses that come with moving to a new home.

The option of resettlement is offered to residents who have reached a point of stability and independence following the other Pathways programmes on offer, including counselling and therapy.

Our properties sit in quiet residential streets — ordinary houses where extraordinary new chapters begin.
