Pathways for All People looks at each case individually, and we are able to help source and provide move-on accommodation, in some cases helping with financial support to help ease the expenses that come with moving to a new home.

The option of re-settlement is often offered residents who have reached a point of stability and independence following the other Pathways programmes on offer which include counselling, therapy, etc.
