Admissions
Each resident goes through an Assessment / Admission procedure. The programme offers a first and second stage, both of which run for 12 weeks. However, in special circumstances, our holistic approach lends itself to flexibility and can offer a 6-week programme. Resettlement packages are available depending upon funding.
Any person or agency may make the initial enquiry; once an application has been made we will ask for a detailed referral form to be completed by any professional the potential Pathways participant may be involved with.
Accommodation
Pathways For All People supported housing offers participants their own bedroom, a communal kitchen, shared bathroom and lounge.
Pathways For All People provides a homely atmosphere for residents to prepare themselves to re-integrate into the community, hopefully with a sense of pride, dignity and personal achievement.
By encouraging personal development and being treated as an equal, we aim to help everyone gain confidence in their abilities and to realise their own potential.
Pathways For All People supported housing offers separate housing and some therapeutic groups for males and females.
All participants keep their benefit payments and purchase their own food and toiletries.
Phone calls
Residents are allowed to keep their mobile phones; however, there are restrictions around using them notably during group time when phones must be switched off.
Exercise
We encourage residents to either join a local gym, consider making regular meetings with health and fitness instructors and to take scenic walks. Pushbikes are offered upon request.
Confidentiality
Resident’s personal details will only be available on a need to know basis in order that you receive continuity of care. A written signed consent contract will be signed upon arrival explaining our confidentiality policy.
